Svetlana is an experienced professional with over 15 years in the IT industry. Her background includes several years as a Technical Sales Manager in IT, which allows her to see hiring from both business and engineering perspectives. Over the last 6 years, she has been focused on technical recruitment, partnering closely with engineering teams on complex hiring needs.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Industrial Management and is a certified ICF coach.

Outside of work, she is passionate about personal development and dances Argentine tango. She is also a former professional ballet dancer.
