Nataliya brings over 15 years of experience to solving complex business problems for global companies across various domains, including healthcare, marketing technology, fintech, e-commerce, education, and agriculture.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science and a Master’s in mobile technologies. While her career naturally began in web development, her analytical and strategic skills soon led her to Business Analysis and, eventually, to Solutions Architecture. She is process-oriented, strives for operational excellence, and approaches problems from First Principles.

Over the years, she has successfully led numerous onsite client workshops to tackle challenging legacy transformations, system integrations, and cloud-based implementations - positioning clients for long-term success. She believes that communication and honesty are the keys to building winning solutions.

Outside of work, Nat volunteers for several organizations focused on animal welfare and cultural heritage protection. She is also a member of the Bulgarian Fundraising Club and frequently participates in conferences, parliamentary roundtables, and meetings with municipal councils and local administrations. She is dedicated to helping civil organizations build capacity and scale for greater impact.
