Noah Keimach joins Janea Systems as an Enterprise Sales and Business Development representative. With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management across the B2B tech sector, primarily in services spanning custom Product Engineering, Telecom, IT Consulting, Backup/DR, and AV Integration, Noah brings a high level of credibility, honesty, and trust to every strategic client engagement. His work spans the full account management lifecycle, from defining ideal customer profiles and sharpening go to market strategies to quarterbacking high leverage negotiations while maintaining stable, long-term client partnerships, all with the goal of ensuring measurable, outcomes-based success.
Noah has collaborated with organizations and ISVs across healthcare, biotech and pharmaceuticals, CRE and proptech, financial services, non-profits, retail, and government. Noah is committed to understanding how each client defines success and partnering closely to help achieve it. Combining seasoned strategic insight with hands-on execution, he serves as a trusted advisor to companies focused on growth and market expansion while helping them better understand its data for it to be leveraged as an asset utilizing AI.
Most recently, Noah served as Director of Sales at Kanda Software, a custom product engineering services provider. Since 2017, he helped scale the business threefold by generating net new revenue, cultivating strong long-term client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation as a market leader in a highly competitive space.
Noah holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park (Go Terps!) and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Noah resides in Sharon, Massachusetts, a suburb just south of Boston. He is a husband and father of two wonderful kids, with whom he spends most of his free time. Outside of work, Noah enjoys coaching his kids' rec sports teams and traveling with his family, especially somewhere warm, by the beach or the pool. When he gets a moment to himself, he stays active with basketball, slow pitch softball, yoga and golf, depending on the season. He's also a diehard fan of all the Boston pro sports teams.
