Mike Wright is the People Operations Manager at Janea Systems, based in Sheffield, UK. Mike holds a BA Hons in Management and Organisation with a focus on Human Resources. He has over 16 years of experience in HR, beginning at the University of Sheffield and has recently worked for Compleat Software as a HR Manager. On a personal note, Mike is married with two young daughters and is a big fan of Formula 1 and sports in general. He has recently developed a passion for health and fitness and enjoys training in his home gym.
