Karyna is a Technical Project Manager with over six years of experience driving complex software delivery across diverse industries. Her technical background, combined with a strong servant-leadership approach, has been key to her success in building highly effective engineering teams and delivering impactful results.

She has successfully managed a wide range of initiatives, navigating the unique challenges of the automotive sector, complex government projects, and marketing technology. Karyna’s project management proficiency, complemented by her sharp analytical skills, enables her to seamlessly adapt to new domains, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure projects are executed efficiently.

Karyna’s strong academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Computer Science, alongside an additional Bachelor of Science in International Economics (all earned with honors). She is highly certified in modern delivery frameworks, holding IPMA C, SAFe 6, and PSM II certifications. Furthermore, Karyna actively integrates cutting-edge practices into her workflow, having completed multiple specialized PMI credentials focused on the practical application of Generative AI and Cognitive Project Management.

When she’s out of the office, Karyna trades project timelines for creative and strategic hobbies. As a former national chess champion and Candidate Master in Ukraine, she still loves a good intellectual challenge. She also has a strong creative side, having formally graduated from art school art remains one of her favorite ways to unwind. On top of that, Karyna is a huge language enthusiast as alongside her native Ukrainian and fluent English, she has also enjoyed studying German and Spanish.
