Isabelle Eler is originally from Curitiba, a city in southern Brazil. In February of 2025, she moved to Portugal to pursue her Master’s Degree in Comparative Studies at the University of Lisbon. Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Languages from the Federal University of Technology.

She loves discussing books, movies, music, and philosophy. Since 2023, she’s been working as a Tech Sourcer. At Ella, she successfully helped fill various roles within Google’s software engineering teams in Brazil and Mexico. More recently, she worked at Nubank, sourcing for their backend engineering team.
