Flavius is a technical recruiter with a background in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. He got into recruiting because he cares about how decisions about people get made.

Over five years he has hired 140+ engineers, product, data and DevOps people for startups, scale-ups and enterprise clients across Europe, mostly for senior and hard-to-fill roles. He has also built AI tools for hiring, which taught him a lot about where the process actually breaks.

At Janea Systems, he leads the Future Hiring Program, building a network of strong engineers before the work arrives. Outside work: running, skiing, reading.
