He brings strong expertise in end-to-end project governance, covering pre-sales, requirements scoping, Statement of Work definition, delivery execution, and executive-level reporting. Alberto has led initiatives across Generative AI, cloud platforms, data analytics, and custom software solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

Recognized for his delivery excellence and leadership, Alberto has successfully optimized margins through strategic delivery models and process improvements, while maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder management. His background also includes roles as a Solution Architect and Software Architect, enabling him to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively.
