Araks is a Business Development professional with 4.5 years of experience working exclusively in the IT industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Marketing track from the American University of Armenia, where she built the analytical and strategic mindset that shaped her career.

She started her career as a Content Writer, soon expanding her role into SEO and social media management, and later into full-cycle digital marketing. Early in her career, she worked with product companies providing B2B SaaS solutions and then transitioned into software development outsourcing companies. Here outbound approach far outweighed the inbound efforts and that’s when her career path naturally shifted from marketing to sales and business development. This transition allowed her to develop a broader business perspective, working closely with C-level executives and contributing directly to the company’s long-term strategy.

Araks played a key role in driving growth initiatives and expanding the company’s global presence. She worked at the intersection of business and technology, refining service positioning, strengthening sales processes, and supporting long-term client success.

Outside of work, Araks enjoys attending dance classes, reading psychology books, listening to podcasts, traveling, and shopping.
