Ariana is a Senior Talent Partner with around 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, supporting engineering teams in international, rapidly growing organizations.

She began her HR career in 2017 and has since specialized in full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and technical leadership roles, working closely with hiring managers to build scalable, people-centric hiring processes.

In addition to recruitment, she brings hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development, contributing to onboarding, performance management, engagement initiatives, and people processes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature.

Outside of work, Ariana enjoys music and foreign languages, cooking and baking, staying active through various workouts, and traveling whenever possible.
